These terms of use apply to the use of the ETENIM application, a digital platform for communication, education, research, and promotion, which enables the distribution of various content to users through the ETENIM mobile app and the web application at web.etenim.app (Application) via the ETENIM web administration.

The owner of the Application and the holder of all rights to it is the company Nove Platforme d.o.o. (NP).

Individuals who use the Application are users (Users).

For the use of the Application, Users may also use their private/personal email address.

In this regard, Users can access the Application and use it through their private mobile phone and internet connection.

The purpose of using the Application is not the processing and collection of personal data but the processing and collection of statistical data related to the content published on the Application.

By using it, Users agree to receive content distributed by NP through the Application, which may be  created by a third party.

NP gathers and processes data about views and responses to content published on the Application for the purpose of obtaining/collecting and processing statistical data.

NP does not collect or process Users' personal data, nor does it become accessible to them through the use of the Application.

By accessing the Application, Users accept these Terms of Use and agree that their responses to the content published on the Application may be used for statistical purposes or for market research/exploration based on the statistical data collected in this manner.

The User can stop using the Application at any time.
